Your chocolate order will be shipped via UPS. We use UPS vs USPS because they are able to track you product. This helps us to ensure the product reaches its destination on time. We will make you aware of how many days UPS states product will take to reach your location, but we suggest that you choose either one but no more than 2 day shipping. We will add cold packs and insulate the product but please remember that what we are shipping can melt. We are not in the shipping business so we do not mark up your shipping charges, you pay what we pay.
We inspect your product prior to shipping and package with care. We cannot be responsible for the product once it leaves our location. Sorry, no refunds for melted or broken product.
We will email you your shipping charges once we are able to calculate this. Please email us back once you receive these charges and confirm that the charges are acceptable.
